Software issues. Poor customer servixe. No rears. Getting rid of mine Overhyped.

I own a R410. Sounds Good .Looks Good. BUT Serious Noise Floor Issues this Noise Floor is very noticeable between volumes 1 to 5 on Internet Radio, I know when u use this speaker at higher volumes the Noise Floor is masked,but any breaks in the music or DJs talking, you will hear this annoying humming hissing Noise Floor straight away, And Bluetooth APTX absolutely Ruined by this very same issue. ..

Best to work up to a bigger size every 5 to eight years. This way there is another aspect besides tv quality to get excited by.

i already have the move, with a less than 55in tvm would the sub-mini+beam2+sonos move(plan to place behind my couch) works?

Listening to this a bit later- through my Ace cans. Most of the reviews have focused on lack of bass in the Sonos- but I have not experienced that. I thought that your tracks weee great to compare all of the cans. Still prefer the Sonos. No issues for me with TV swap though there might be a little “lip-to-voice” lag. Not really enough to disturb. REALLY wanted these to be part of the Sonos ecosystem. BTW the ANC for airplanes is great!! Really quiet.

I should have watched this ahead of time. I bought the Beam 2 and returned it. As it was very nice clarity wise, it lacks in the bass significantly if you already have a setup with a subwoofer. So I would say, if you only had TV sound before, the Beam would be great. But if you're thinking about replacing an existing soundbar + subwoofer solution, don't expect too much. Of course as my friend told me, he paired his Beam with a sub mini, and it sounds great which I don't have any doubts about. But I wasn't looking to spend THAT much on top of an already expensive soundbar for that extra punch. In the end I just stuck with the existing solution (Sony soundbar). It does the job, and wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg to beat the sound.

This one sucks... buttons are horrible and you can't turn off the god damn low battery warning.

I went in for Bose SMU bar + 700 sub + 2x rears (mounted on celling). Here's how arrived to my decision: 1. BOSE - Tested the Bose set in multiple Bose experience centers near me and was impressed with it. - Sub 700 is old, but it's good! - The only downside to me was the lack of Atmos rears but since they were available for cheap, i grabbed a pair and mounted them on the ceiling facing the seating area. Hope they give an upgrade soon! - Presence of multiple Bose service centers nearby and accessible technical support. - Wifey is Bose fan! (most important!!) :) 2. Sonos Arc - Lack of dedicated experience centers are a deterrent. I had to test them in crowded shopping malls and had no other options. - The demo setup lacks the rears and thus was unable to experience the same - Only 1 service center in the whole country and lack of local technical support is a downside for such a premium product. - The bar alone felt good but the sub felt a bit under par compared to Bose 700 when tested both in open crowded spaces. - Wrote to Sonos if theyb could arrange for a home demo but havent heard from them. - Demos do not use Atmos content - just random low bitrate files from some flash drives prevented from able to exprince the true potential of the Arc. 3. Samsung Q990C - Sounded allright-ish but not good enough to be carried back home when compared to the two options above. - The Atmos rears are well done though. Hope this helps somebody! Whatever your decision be, if you are happy with it, know that it's worth it!!! <3

Can’t believe still how a mod to high end product is so outrageously buggy. Updated software and now my Sonos arc will never by itself get sound output from my tv that is connected via eARC hdmi cable. Only way is adjusting volume in the app. Makes it work for a few seconds and then disconnects by itself.

New generations make their predecessors' suddenly affordable - the only win for the consumer. Key point - value for money. The Q - top dollar for entry to get a move 2, V an entry at a bargain to get a move 1. * Move 1 was THE flagship literally yesterday, don't forget that!! Thanks Move 2 because now I picked up the 1 for half price, no brainer.

I have a beam gen 2, sub mini and 2 era 300’s in a room from 6x3,5 meters and it’s a massive overwhelming sound! I am really impressed what Sonos can. I play games from my Xbox series X and PS5 in Dolby atmos and watch movies in Dolby atmos and it’s like you are right into the action itself. Music sound awesome too, especially when it’s in atmos/spatial. Overall i am very happy with my Sonos setup.

I have been using UE boom 2. Planning to go with one of these. But after using UE boom 2, I have realised 1 thing that 360 degree makes a huge difference when talking about overall listening experience.

The alarm feature is still not working. You cannot create alarms at all on the new app. This is totally useless and these speakers are not cheap. Do you have a timeline for the next update which will sort out the alarm issue? I have speakers around the house that are now just black bricks. For a modern company, this really is poor service. Get it sorted!

Why just two color choices? a brown, blue or gray would make a lot of sense unlike the competition: Sony and Bose.
